Do you offer Returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer any returns. Please make sure you are fully committed before purchasing. 

My order is lost, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, once it is dropped off at the Post Office, Gemly's is no longer responsible for the package. Most orders have insurance on there already, but please contact your local post office to find out the steps for claiming a lost package. 

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 2-3 Business for us to complete and package your order. Once we drop off your order at the Post Office, it'll typically take 2-7 business days. A tracking number will automatically be sent to you via the email you used to do your purchase.
