The Foo Lion Guardians have long been a symbol in China for protection in your home, as they are placed in the front of the home. They lions are believed to have the power to repel evil spirits that may try to enter the home. They also are known for good luck, bringing in prosperity and success to the family. They should be placed as a set, the female on the left, and the male on the right side. The female should have a cub on left paw, while as the male has a ball on the right paw.
